Oak, wool and stone, chosen to age well at sea and to disappear when the view starts.

Quiet rooms, so the fjord can be loud.
We draw every interior with the same studio in Bergen. Few materials, used generously, with nothing that rattles at fourteen knots.
Low and long
Furniture sits low so the windows start at your shoulder, not above your head.
Three materials
Smoked oak, undyed wool and Norwegian stone. Everything else is glass.
Light from below
Lamps hide under every shelf and step. No downlights in the ceiling.
Four rooms we are proud of.

Salon
Glass on three sides, a slatted oak ceiling and a bouclé sofa long enough for nine.
Owner’s suite
Full beam on the lower deck, with windows cut at the waterline. You wake up level with the sea.

Wheelhouse
Reverse-raked glass, two helm chairs and a console that shows only what you need.
Side decks
Teak only where feet go, cork composite elsewhere, and rails at the height of your hand.
Chosen to age well.
Every sample comes on board for a season before it goes into a hull.

Smoked oak
Floors, ceilings and joinery.

Pale oak
Cabins and the owner’s suite.

Teak
Side decks and steps.

Fjord water
Everything else.
